Tony Amparado is USI distinguished alumnus
J. Antonio Amparado, a retired Naga City government official, and a religious volunteer worker, was named one of the Distinguished Thomasian Alumni for 2021, this from the joint letter of Dr. Evelyn A. Songco, president of the LIST Alumni Association, Inc. (USTAAI) and Director Fredeswindo Medina of the Office of Alumni Relations, received mid-October.
He was cited, among others, for his continuous services as member the Naga City People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB), and for his services as an officer of the Our Lady of Penafrancia Parish Pastoral Council.
Amparado, a Journalism graduate in 1962 and Sociology in May 1964, had been a multi awardee.
