Thirty-six municipal police stations (MPS) in Camarines Sur participated in the “Trade Fair sa Kampo” held July 5-7 at the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) grounds in Concepcion Grande, Naga City.

The trade fair marked the opening of the 27th Police Community Relations Month celebration with the theme “Ugnayang Pulisya at Komunidad tungo sa Mapayapa at Maunlad na Pamayanan.”

Agricultural products, plants, handicrafts, fresh fish and seafood were sold in a much cheaper price during the trade fair.

Lt. Sheralyn Samonte, CSPPO spokesperson, said the activity aimed to strengthen the partnership between members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) stationed in various municipal stations and the community.

“We would like to help small entrepreneurs coming from various towns to showcase their products through the trade fair. They are selling their One Town, One Product items, decors, accessories and otherr things which they want to share to the community. Aside from the MPSs, other entrepreneurs like Kintab also participated in our event” Samonte said.

Samonte added that it was also the first time that CSPPO opened its door to the public after the 2-year COVID-19 pandemic. (With reports from ACarinan-PIA5/Camarines Sur)
