VISITING JCI SENATE PHILIPPINES 2023 NATIONAL BOARD OFFICERS headed by its President Alipio Serafin Fernandez and 1985 JCI World Pres. Victor Jose "Chicos" Luciano were in Naga City to witness the Induction & Turn Over Ceremonies of JCI Senate Naga new sets of officers last March 2, 2023 at Villa Caceres Hotel.
